Paid Holidays
Williams Tank Lines provides the following paid holidays after 90 days of employment

Paid Sick Leave
- Williams Tank Lines provides 24 hours of PSL after 90 days of employment.
Paid Vacations
Williams Tank Lines provides the following paid vacation schedule based on years of service.
- 1 week after 1 year of employment
- 2 week after 2 year of employment
- 3 week after 5 year of employment
- 4 week after 10 year of employment
Direct Deposit
- Payroll is processed bi-weekly ending on Sunday nights at
midnight
- The company offers up to two direct deposits to be
created

- Williams Tank Lines provides a 401(K) & Profit Sharing after 1 year of employment with open enrollment dates of January 1 or July 1.
Dependent Care FSA
- Reduces your taxable income and saves you money
- Covers children under 13 years of age, and spouse or parent if physically or mentally incapable of self care
- Some qualifying expenses include, but are not limited to in-home care, institutional care, summer day camps, and transportation provided by caregiver.
Health Insurance
- 4 different medical options
- Coverage is effective on the 1st of the month following 60 days of employment
- Children insured up to age 26
Dental Insurance
- Preventive care cleaning every 6 months
- Annual benefit of $1,500 per covered person
- 12 month waiting period for all major services
Vision Insurance
- Annual co-pay of $25 form exams and materials combined
- Allows for exams and lenses every 12 months
- Allows for frames every 12 months
Basic and Voluntary Life Insurance
- Basic Life/Accidental Death & Dismemberment: Free at no cost to employee, spouses and children.
- Voluntary Term Life/ Accidental Death & Dismemberment: optional coverage in addition to the paid company life/AD&D
- Employees, spouses, and children voluntary term life/ AD&D amount is guaranteed if coverage is elected within 31 days of eligibility
