Essential Functions Statement(s)
- Perform general office duties such as operating office machines, handing paperwork, and sorting mail.
- Sort or classify information according to guidelines such as content, purpose, user criteria, or chronological, alphabetical, or numerical order.
- Scan or read incoming materials in order to determine how and where they should be classified or filed.
- Place materials into storage receptacles, such as file cabinets, boxes, bins, or drawers, according to classification and identification information.
- Using computer to audit electronic driver logs.
- Clean and organize office, empty all trash bins at the end of the day.
- Distribute correspondences to employees
- Know how to use Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Know how to browse the Internet for relevant information to your job description.
- Perform Data Entry
